I'm Isabelle D'Antonio, web producer for OrlandoSentinel.com. Here are some of the top stories I don't want you to miss this Memorial Day. Send me an email and let me know what you think.

Good morning. It's Monday, May 29. First up, about 100 UCF classmates are working under a contract from the federal National Cemetery Administration to write biographies for 120 forgotten veterans in the Sumter County cemetery.

Next, an Orlando nonprofit recently won a $30,000 grant to transform an overgrown lot in Groveland with the goal of teaching area residents to grow their own food and become more self-sufficient.

Lastly, check out a photo gallery of costumes, art and more at MegaCon Orlando here.
