Good morning. It's Saturday, June 17. First up, Apopka will place a statue memorializing Mayor John Land, who served 61 years as the top elected official of Orange County's second-largest city, in the front of Apopka City Hall.

Next, Orlando's Flag Design Review Committee unanimously voted to approve a blue-and-white design depicting the Lake Eola fountain gushing into the sky, ringed by a yellow arch reflected in the water to form a letter "O."
