Good morning. It's Monday, Nov. 6. A shooting at a church in the south Texas community of Sutherland Springs left at least 26 people dead and about 20 others injured.

In Osceola County, officials are looking at tackling a growing problem -- pedestrians and cyclists struck by vehicles -- by adopting a program called Best Foot Forward.
