United Way to help displaced Puerto Ricans with housing, utility deposits

With nearly 1,000 displaced Puerto Ricans and their families still living in motel rooms paid for by FEMA, the Heart of Florida United Way is launching a program to help  Hurricane Maria evacuees move into stable housing. Those who qualify will get aid for rental and utility deposits.
