Domestic violence shelters in Central Florida report brutal summer, full beds

This summer, Central Florida domestic violence shelters report a large spike in the number of survivors seeking shelter, putting every agency in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties at or beyond capacity or forcing the organizations to pay for hotel rooms.
