New rankings list worst cities to live in, and 4 of them are in Florida

Crime, poverty and unemployment are the common threads in new rankings released this week of the worst places to live in the U.S., and four cities in Florida made the list.

There are fewer than 450 North Atlantic right whales in the world, according to some estimates. They migrate to places like Florida to give birth. No calves were spotted last year, but at least five have been seen this season, raising "a spark of hope" for the endangered species.
