The grandmother arrested at Disney for carrying CBD oil still wants an apology from Orange County and Disney after video footage of her arrest was released by Orange County Sheriff's Office.The footage, which came from an OCSO body camera, was released earlier this week and shows deputies testing the CBD oil and Hester Burkhalter, 69, of North Carolina, being arrested.
