Wind speeds of tropical depression increase off Florida's coast

Tropical Depression No. 3 was located about 115 miles southeast of West Palm Beach on Monday night, moving northwest at about 13 mph. It had maximum sustained winds of about 30 mph, the National Hurricane Center said.
