Orlando police identify two suspects in sex crimes near Lake Eola; cases unrelated, chief says

The suspect in the Oct. 9 incident at a home in the 400 block of Cathcart Ave. in the Lake Eola Heights neighborhood is identified as 28-year-old Michael T. Scarlett II while the suspect in the Oct. 26 rape in the 1300 block of East Jefferson Street in Thornton Park is James Calixte, 36.
