Good morning. It's Thursday, March 17. Happy St. Patrick's Day. 

The far-reaching school choice bill, if it becomes law, would allow parents to choose any public school in Florida for their children, but school board members and administrators would have a lot to to deal with. SeaWorld announced this morning that it would end its practice of killer whale breeding immediately.
