Good morning. It's Monday, March 21. After a rainy Saturday, the sunshine came back on Sunday afternoon and people turned out for the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival. Students at Orange County school district high schools will get their own laptops next year so they can have round-the-clock access to technology and allow teachers to offer more engaging instruction. And see photos of the Runaway Country Music Festival from this weekend in Kissimmee. Here's what else is happening in Central Florida. Have a great day.
