Good morning. It's Wednesday, May 18. The Orange County school district hasn't seen evidence that anyone who's not a current employee or vendor has actually entered district property, but they could have access if they had a card and an active account in the district's security system 

As scores of new buildings open throughout the region, the mega-mansion Versailles and several other high-profile projects are standouts for defying schedules. But now completion of these projects could take place in a year to 18 months, according to owners. Similar timetables have been projected in the past
