Good morning. It's Wednesday, July 13. The battle over the Econlockhatchee River, a fight to keep urban development from spreading east of the winding river, was won Tuesday night by developers.

Democratic congresswoman Corrine Brown has always used the slogan “Corrine Delivers" in reference to the pork she brings home. Scott Maxwell explains that the problem, according to the feds, is that Corrine also delivered cash – to her own bank account.
