Good morning. It's Tuesday, October 18. For the first time, Marco Rubio pledged to serve a full six years in the U.S. Senate if re-elected, during a heated first debate filled with personal attacks against challenger U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy in Orlando.

A senior State Department official asked the FBI last year to help reduce the classification of an email from Hillary Clinton's private server, according to FBI investigative files made public Monday.
