Mount Dora launches shuttle system, parking limits to ease visitors' search for scarce spots

To ease its parking predicament, Mount Dora has placed a four-hour time limit – to the annoyance of some — for parked cars between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the core of downtown and will also launch a golf-cart shuttle service to ferry passengers from parking lots on the outskirts to the city center.
