Tropical Storm Dorian up to 60 mph, forecast tracks target Florida

Tropical Storm Dorian is expected to continue to strengthen, National Hurricane Center forecasters said, and they still predict it will become the first hurricane of the season by late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Some computer models have the storm tracking to Florida by next weekend.
