Orlando area high school football players of the year hail from Apopka, Edgewater and Seminole

Seminole's Jordan Smith is the 2019 Sentinel Varsity Ironman player of the year. He is joined atop the all-area team by offensive player of the year Isaiah Connelly of Edgewater and defensive player of the year Jalen Carter from Apopka.

Edgewater, Jones lead Orlando Sentinel football all-area first-team selections
