John Rhys Plumlee's performance Saturday at Oklahoma makes one thing what would this season for UCF have looked like if he were fully healthy. The Knights certainly would've won a Big 12 game by now. ... Orlando City completed the regular season in style, tying the club record for goals in a season. ... Explain how the 'Canes can lose to Georga Tech, fall apart against North Carolina but beat Clemson for the first time since 2010? Better yet, explain how you just knew that North Carolina would lay an egg against Virginia. I'll wait. ... The Magic roster is set. Their final roster spot is filled and the 2023-24 season begins Wednesday.

QB Jordan Travis had everything to do with the latest victory — the 22nd in as many tries against Duke. The sixth-year senior completed 27 of 36 passes for 268 yards and two scores against the ACC's stingiest defense. He also led the team with 62 yards rushing, including 40 on the go-ahead drive.

Magic convert Trevelin Queen's contract to fill final two-way spot

Queen scored an efficient and team-high 24 points on 9-of-12 shooting from the field during Friday's preseason game against Flamengo. He was the G League's MVP last season with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the affiliate of Houston.

Orlando City closes stellar regular season with shutout of Toronto

Orlando is 6-0-1 in the last seven meetings with Toronto after going 2-8-2 in the first 12 matchups. OC had won the last two by 4-0 scores. Orlando, which already set club records for points and wins, tied the club record with 55 goals this season.
