How much of this is necessary and how much of this is just a way to keep busy? It shouldn't be this difficult to pick a system and stick with it for more than two years. ... USF is expected to have the No. 1 class -- in the AAC. That's a huge step up for that program given where it was a year ago. But UCF could have the No. 2 class in the Big 12.
