The Olympic men's basketball semifinals were fantastic. What better than the USA, which isn't as dominant, vs. the host country with the biggest young star in the NBA -- Victor Wembanyama? ... Orlando City is back on track and are hoping to get a trophy, but they'll have to contend with a stingy Mexican defense to advance tonight. ... Florida and Miami are headed to an Aug. 31 clash to open the season. Both still have a lot to work on, but time is running out on fall camp and everyone's starting to feel not just the urgency but the heat. ... The NFL preseason is in full swing. Dolphins get the first crack among state teams.
