Good morning. It's Thursday, August 18. The survivor who has been in critical condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center since the shooting at Pulse nightclub on June 12 has improved and is now in "guarded" condition.

Forecasters say Fiona may strengthen a bit today and Friday but is then expected to run into a drier atmosphere which will likely weaken the system.

See a video of UCF coach Scott Frost discussing George O'Leary, a new direction and expectations.
