Good morning. It's Thursday, November 17. Donald Trump pulled out a win in formerly blue Florida in part due to a ground operation that national Republicans had started to put in place years ago, before anyone knew who the nominee would be.

More than three hours of 911 calls released Wednesday show the desperation of those stuck inside Pulse nightclub, who were questioning why police did not storm the club sooner.
