Good morning. It's Monday, February 13. More than 100,000 people in communities downstream of a reservoir formed by the Oroville Dam in northern California were told to evacuate Sunday evening after authorities grew concerned that dangerous flood waters would start surging out of it.

An intersection on busy Maitland Boulevard has reopened amid work on the I-4 Ultimate Project.
