Good morning. It's Tuesday, February 28. SpaceX has set its sights on launching two private citizens on a flight from Florida around the moon in 2018, which could be the farthest manned mission into space since the Apollo program.

In 2015, nearly 1 percent of all babies born in Orange County suffered from opioid withdrawal. That's 249 babies, a noticeable jump from 2014, when 158 newborns were affected.
