Good morning. It's Saturday, July 22. In our top spot, Billy Manes, one of Orlando's best-known gay personalities for his witty writing, fearless activism and distinctive style, died Friday. He was 45.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer abruptly resigned Friday over President Donald Trump's decision to appointment a camera-ready financier as the new communications director.
