Good morning. It's Wednesday, July 5. In our top story, the rainy weather was no match for fireworks shows at Lake Eola Park in Orlando, as well as in Sanford and Kissimmee, as Central Floridians celebrated the Fourth of July.

In the far Atlantic, meteorologists are monitoring a weather system that could develop into a tropical depression soon.
