Good morning. It's Thursday, Jan. 4. Central Florida remains under a freeze warning and wind-chill advisory, and some cities in our state got some snow as the cold snap gripping the country made its way to Florida.

Turning to football, UCF won't get to play for the national championship, but that hasn't stopped some Florida lawmakers from supporting a proposed resolution to recognize the unbeaten Knights as national champions.
