Good morning. It's Monday, Feb. 26. We begin with a closer look at the particulars involved in the trial of the Pulse shooter's widow, Noor Salman, which will begin Thursday.

In regard to another mass shooting in Florida, Gov. Rick Scott is among those wanting closer scrutiny regarding how deputies responded to the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.
