Good morning. It's Wednesday, April 27. After police brutality lawsuits and criticism that its officers use force too often, Orlando Police Chief John Mina issued a department-wide directive, telling officers to use "only the minimal amount of force necessary." Orlando's Citrus Bowl is now Camping World Stadium and Orlando's reaction wasn't exactly positive. Columnist David Whitley weighs in on the new name and reaction to the change.
