Good morning. It's Tuesday, April 26. Some Florida lawmakers believe that school districts are spending too much to build campuses, so the state has tightened rules on construction costs. The new rules are part of a massive education bill signed by Gov. Rick Scott earlier this month. Florida's top court suggested that a Seminole County judge who sentenced a domestic-violence victim to jail should complete courses in anger management and domestic violence.

Motorcycles and enthusiasts roared into Leesburg last weekend, see photos from Leesburg Bikefest. Here's what else is happening in Central Florida. Have a great day.
