Good morning. It's Wednesday, December 21. The family of singer Christina Grimmie, who was fatally shot by a fan June 10 in Orlando, has sued the entertainment group, security company and venue that hosted her concert.

Investigators hunted today for a Tunisian man whose documents were found in the truck that plowed into a Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12 people and injuring 48 others.
