Good morning. It's Tuesday, December 6. The city of Orlando's deal to buy Pulse fell through on Monday, when the owner said she could not bring herself to sell the nightclub she founded in memory of her brother.

A South Carolina judge declared a mistrial Monday after a jury deadlocked in the murder trial of a white former police officer charged in the shooting death of an unarmed black motorist.
