Good morning! I'm Amy Drew Thompson, multimedia food reporter at the Orlando Sentinel. I was recently hosted by a lovely, young couple. Great music, curated wine, sumptuous food. It wasn't at their home, but the spaciousness, intimacy and care made it feel almost as if it were. Papa Llama's modern Peruvian fare is colorful and exciting, but comfortable — as is its new space in Orlando's Curry Ford West neighborhood. Nothing, of course, is as comfy as your own sofa, which is where most of us will be this Sunday for an historic Florida-centric Super Bowl! But I'd rather talk about what's really important: the food. So much so, that we've generated a showdown of a poll between Tampa's Cuban sandwich and Kansas City BBQ.
