Plumlee suffered the injury while trying to slide on a 7-yard run with 31 seconds left in the game. Three plays later, kicker Colton Boomer connected on a 40-yard field goal for the come-from-behind victory at Boise State.

UCF to open Big 12 schedule against Kansas State in prime time

The game, which will air on FS1, is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. ET. It's the fourth consecutive night game and the third time the Knights will be featured on the Fox Network.

Edgewater rises to top spot in Sentinel Super 16 football rankings

Edgewater and Seminole swapped spots this week in the Sentinel Super 16 high school football rankings. The Eagles host Jones High on Thursday in a huge Class 3 Metro district showdown. Winter Park and Orange City University both moved into the Top 10 while Leesburg made its Super 16 debut.
